The repeated cry of how to get fans to engage on social media is heard loud and clear! Let's start with the basic definition of engagement per Miriam Webster: an agreement to be married or emotional involvement or committment. With that background, lets look at how we can replicate what we know so well about offline engagement in our online engagement.
